Creative Session

Sometimes there are Questions, Problems, Challenges. A need for Innovation, Solutions, New Ways. Especially in these Times.

Creative Thinking is the Solution. We Young Dogs facilitate Creative Sessions. We start with the Question. Together with employees from all layers in the Organization we start to Brainstorm. Together we walk all the phases of the Creative Proces.

We delay our Judgement. That will return later in the session. We think Out of the Box. We Generate Ideas with each other. 1000 ideas in a session are not Unusual. We give Tools to select the Best and guide the process into Concept development. How that is possible?
